At Entremont, each cheese is the result of expertly mastered craftsmanship, combining a rigorous selection of ingredients with precise manufacturing techniques. We oversee every step, from milk transformation to cellar maturing and cutting, to ensure a perfect texture and a rich palette of flavours.

This expertise is fully expressed through the ageing process, an essential stage during which our cheeses develop their full aromatic richness. Carefully aged in our cellars by our master cheesemakers, our Selection range brings together French Emmental, Bleu de France and soft cheeses, revealing unique and authentic flavours while subtly exploring all the nuances of our terroirs.

100% French milk

Entremont Sélection highlights its membership to the SODIAAL cooperative through cheeses made from 100% French milk, produced in close collaboration with small-scale farms operating under conditions similar to those of family-run farms.

Founded on solidarity, the cooperative ensures fair compensation for its farmers, thereby safeguarding the sustainability of their expertise and promoting production that respects the local terroir.
