Since 1948
Since 1948, Entremont has upheld the legacy of French cheesemaking excellence. Rooted in the heart of the French Alps and established by the three Entremont brothers, the brand is steeped in decades of tradition and expertise, offering a wide range of authentic and flavorful cheeses.
With nearly 80 years of experience, Entremont carefully selects exceptional cheeses to preserve their true, authentic taste. This commitment to quality has established the brand as a benchmark in cheeses and speciality cheese products.
This expertise is fully expressed in the maturing process, a key stage where our cheeses develop their full aromatic richness. Carefully matured in our cellars, they reveal unique and genuine flavours.

Know-How
At Entremont, each cheese is the result of expertly mastered craftsmanship, combining a rigorous selection of ingredients with precise manufacturing techniques. We oversee every step, from milk transformation to cellar maturing and cutting, to ensure a perfect texture and a rich palette of flavours.
Our Sélection range includes Comté PDO, French PGI Gruyère, Bleu d’Auvergne PDO, Fourme d’Ambert PDO, Roquefort PDO, and soft cheeses, matured by our master cheesemakers, who, like artists, explore all the nuances of our terroirs to offer a complete and diverse range of flavours.

100% French milk
Entremont Sélection highlights its membership to the SODIAAL cooperative through cheeses made from 100% French milk, produced in close collaboration with small-scale farms operating under conditions similar to those of family-run farms.
Founded on solidarity, the cooperative ensures fair compensation for its farmers, thereby safeguarding the sustainability of their expertise and promoting production that respects the local terroir.

Bringing people together
With every bite, let yourself be carried away by an exceptional taste experience, worthy of a true cheesemaking masterpiece. Crafted with quality milk, our cheeses capture the very essence of French culinary culture and its terroir.
Entremont Sélection embodies the French art of living: a subtle balance between elegance and conviviality.
The Entremont cheese Sélection brings people together, creating moments to share around exceptional products – whether it’s the variety of aromas in Comté, the fruity notes of Gruyère, the bold character of blue cheeses, or the creamy softness of Brie.
